All book formats (theory paperback, theory Kindle, workbook paperback, workbook Kindle) are sold and fulfilled by Amazon. This website does not process book payments or fulfil book orders. Amazon's terms apply to all book purchases.
The certification course is sold directly through this website. Course access is granted for 12 months from the date of enrolment. Access is granted only after verified server-side payment confirmation. Course content is protected and may not be shared, redistributed or reproduced without written permission.
Secret Shopper audits are subject to location, treatment and feasibility review. Payment does not guarantee that every date, location or treatment is feasible. Alicia reviews the intake and accepts the assignment or proposes an alternative or refund under the terms.
The customer must preserve confidentiality and must not reveal the visit date or shopper identity to staff.
Email Coaching is advisory, not legal, clinical or compliance advice. Each package covers the issue described in its scope. Support expires at the stated date even if the customer does not use every reply.
Online payment is being finalised. When live payment is activated, all transactions will be processed through PayFast. Course access and service order acceptance occur only after verified server-side payment notification.
