Recommended Coaching Structure (3-6 months)
- Initial session (60 minutes): in-depth clarity, goal-setting, core wound identification, subconscious pattern mapping, and a practical action plan.
- Follow-up sessions (30 minutes): bi-weekly or monthly check-ins to review progress, remove obstacles, refine strategy, and stay accountable.
- Tracking and evidence: progress is measured across confidence, boundaries, habits, relationships, emotional regulation, and direction.
